    With experience within both retail & the hospitality sector, Sam founded PRIMUS LOCUS with Edward to deliver a service that put the customer at the heart of everything they do. Sam noticed that too many places and direct competitors only offered clients limited services which overlooked guest satisfaction for personal profits.

    Now 3 years into trading PL, Sam has aided growth of the business by protecting brand image & customer service.

    Edward is well versed in the service industry & has spent the last decade spending time with clients and understands the shared mantra of customer sentiment at the heart of everything PL achieves.

    In his spare time, Edward is a keen Tennis player & successful coach which helps build PL’s community trusted value within local communities.
